About the Halton, St Helens & Wirral Outreach team
We work with care leavers, separated children, asylum seekers, providing comprehensive support within the community.
For young care leavers, our focus is on facilitating a smooth transition into adulthood, empowering them with essential independence skills. This includes preparing them to take on a tenancy or move into social housing, enabling them to confidently live on their own.
In the case of Separated Children, we assist in their settlement process, help navigate immigration procedures, support their integration into college life, facilitate access to healthcare services, and ultimately guide them towards complete independence.
Due to the areas this role covers a car driver with a vehicle is essential.
