  • About The Role

  • Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team and support the Maintenance department with critical administrative tasks. If you thrive under pressure and love being part of a team that delivers real impact, we’d love to hear from you!

    What You’ll Do:

As a Maintenance Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our maintenance operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly. Key responsibilities include:

    • Logging and allocating work for our maintenance operatives across regions and providing reports as needed.
    • Monitoring and updating maintenance logs, liaising with external contractors, and raising purchase orders (POs).
    • Supporting Housing Officers by chasing repairs and maintenance issues.
    • Communicating with landlords regarding repairs, voids, and handover dates, escalating issues when necessary.
    • Coordinating furniture orders, auditing invoices, and assisting in resolving maintenance-related complaints.
    • Keeping internal systems like Arthur updated and ensuring urgent jobs are appropriately allocated.

    What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

    • A track record of working in administration or maintenance coordination.
    • Strong organisational and communication skills to manage tight deadlines and conflicting priorities.
    • Proficiency with IT systems and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
    • A current full UK driving licence with business insurance (essential).
    • Flexibility to travel regularly between our offices in Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, and Preston, with the potential opportunity to work one day a week from home.
    • The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, with an aptitude for resolving conflict professionally.

Experience in social housing, estate agency, or maintenance environments is desirable, but more importantly, we’re looking for someone with enthusiasm, flexibility, and a commitment to delivering excellent results.

    Why Join Us?

We offer the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and supportive team, with a culture that values collaboration and professional growth.
